Streamlining Complex Reporting Across Teams at Ramsay Health Care

For Ramsay Health Care, reporting is a highly coordinated effort involving contributors across Finance, Risk, Treasury, ESG and Legal. Even though the benefits are not measured in formal metrics, the operational impact is clear: the process is now more streamlined, collaborative, and better aligned with the needs of both contributors and leadership.

Looking ahead, the team is interested in enhancements to streamline verification workflows, such as automating approval steps and reducing manual intervention.

“If a more integrated verification process were introduced, that would be a valuable addition.”

For Ramsay, Tangelo has shifted reporting from a fragmented, end-stage exercise to a more connected, responsive workflow, better suited to large-scale, multi-team reporting.
