Typical implementations are completed within 4 to 6 weeks, although actual timelines depend on project scope, integrations, and customer availability.
The Tangelo platform is designed to minimize implementation complexity. As a result, customer involvement is typically limited to providing access to relevant data sources, preparing and validating the relevant data sources, coordinating SSO configuration, participating in training sessions, and validating the configured solution.

Dedicated project team
Each implementation is coordinated by a dedicated senior implementation consultant who acts as the primary point of contact throughout the project. This consultant coordinates all implementation activities, including onboarding, configuration, training, and production readiness.
During implementation, regular project meetings are held between the customer project lead and the assigned Tangelo consultant to coordinate activities, monitor progress, and address any questions or issues.
Knowledge transfer and adoption
Training is delivered as part of the implementation process to ensure reporting teams can quickly become self-sufficient. The focus is on enabling users to manage reporting activities independently while making effective use of the platform's capabilities.

Draft 0 Creation
As part of an implementation, Tangelo can create an initial version ("Draft 0") of a document type based on the organization's most recently published report. This provides a practical starting point for the first reporting cycle and accelerates adoption of the platform.
Where applicable, Draft 0 typically includes:
Full report structure
Relevant narrative content (for roll-forward)
Connections to available data sources for tables and charts
Integrated ESEF tagging, where applicable
First Reporting Cycle Support
Tangelo remains closely involved during the first reporting cycle to support users and ensure a successful transition to the new reporting process.
Following implementation, customers transition seamlessly to Tangelo's support organization. Support is provided through a combination of email, telephone, and ticket-based support channels.
For global organizations, support can be extended through Tangelo's teams in Europe and Sydney, with enhanced support arrangements available during critical reporting periods.
