Tangelo & ARKK Webinar: KVK / SBR iXBRL Reporting (21 October 2025)

The Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) is moving to iXBRL digital filing — a.k.a. SBR reporting. This shift underscores the Netherlands’ ongoing drive toward more efficient, transparent and standardized financial reporting.

To support companies in this transition, ARKK and Tangelo are hosting a joint webinar on Tuesday, 21 October at 10:00 a.m. BST / 11:00 a.m. CET.

During the webinar we will cover:

  • What KVK’s move to iXBRL (SBR) means in practice for companies in the Netherlands
  • How this change improves accuracy, consistency and efficiency in annual reporting
  • The steps to prepare and comply with the new requirement
  • How ARKK and Tangelo can help you implement iXBRL reporting effectively

We will also demonstrate Tangelo’s fully integrated tagging capabilities, including:

  • Inline tagging directly within the editor
  • Management of taxonomy extensions
  • Full generation of the iXBRL filing package

As a specialist in digital reporting and tagging workflows, ARKK can assist companies — especially those reporting in iXBRL for the first time or preparing multiple filings (e.g. subsidiaries) — by guiding the tagging process directly in Tangelo and managing the full journey, from concept mapping and defining any custom concepts (extensions) through to creation and validation of the final iXBRL package.

The new requirement applies to companies in the “Large” category, which will now be required to file their annual report in iXBRL for the 2025 financial year. Companies in the “Medium,” “Small,” and “Micro” categories — which have so far filed using XBRL — can now optionally move to iXBRL as well.

This also applies to listed companies already reporting under ESEF for their Netherlands-incorporated subsidiaries in the category “Large.”
