AI is now part of how we build

It has taken time to get here. Not because the ambition was unclear, but because we wanted to do it right. At Tangelo, AI is not just something we deliver to clients. Through our AI Assistant, soon we will support reporting workflows across ESG and corporate reporting. But another big shift is happening internally.

We are now embedding AI directly into how we build.

This week marks the start of our partnership with Bluecube.ai, founded by Bert and Rob Boerman. Together, we are rolling out Coder, their AI assisted development platform that fundamentally changes how software gets specified, built, tested and documented.

The first implementation is already live. Our configuration team is being trained in Zeist, where Coder is applied directly within the Tangelo environment. From there, we will expand into the other development teams.

Behind the scenes, this is powered by a chain of specialized AI agents working together. From interpreting requirements to generating code, validating output and producing documentation, the process becomes faster, more consistent but will remain under skilled and professional human control.

But the goal is not automation for its own sake.

It is about building better and faster

“We have been deliberate in how we approached this,” says René, CEO of Tangelo. “AI is not just a feature for us. It is becoming part of our operating model. This partnership allows us to scale quality and speed at the same time, without compromising how we build.”

The collaboration with Bluecube.ai is built on a shared belief that AI should be deeply integrated into real workflows, not layered on top.

This is just the beginning.

As we expand Coder across teams and use cases, we are laying the foundation for a new way of building software at Tangelo. One where human expertise and AI systems work together by default.

And importantly, where the boundaries are clear.

AI is embedded in how we build, not in how client data is exposed. All data handling remains fully controlled, secure and compliant with existing standards.
