Tangelo Software’s control system obtains ISAE 3402 Type I statement
Tangelo Software, the leading provider of a SaaS based Corporate Reporting platform, is pleased to report the successful completion of the ISAE 3402 type I audit measuring the design and existence of its controls in providing secure cloud based editing environments to its customers worldwide. Consultancy company Bliss and Risklane assisted in the preparations for the statement.
Performed by auditing firm Conclude, the ISAE (International Standard on Assurance Engagements) 3402 Type I audit provides services companies with a framework for exhibiting effective internal controls towards their customers. The standard examines various aspects of internal control mechanisms, including their design, operations, maintenance, updates and existence.
